Business school trip to the Shoe with Evan and Stephen to see two top-10 teams square off in a night game in front of 108,750. Nothing like a trip to the most important swing state for a game three days before the Hilary/Trump election. Conducting our own straw poll of every Uber/Lyft driver, bartender, and server, we realized Trump was going to take Ohio. Columbus is a blue city and EVERY person we spoke to was voting Trump, and not one had a really solid reason as to why. I immediately bet the state by state prop that Trump would take the electoral in Ohio for +125. Still thought HRC would take the election because of winning Nevada. I was right about Nevada. I was not right about the election.

Tailgated with Papa Brecht and older bro Mike B. Sat high up midfield on the generously sold face value seats. No cornhole but a lot of beverages. Ohio State fans really just care about beating Michigan and I respect it.

JT Barrett rolled and the route was on. Yardage got out of hand at nearly 3:1. Tommy Armstrong Jr was knocked out of the game on a vicious sideline hit on a scramble, but it wouldn’t have mattered had he played. Tonight, the Buckeyes faithful got to dot lots of I’s.

Made a full weekend out of it getting to $1 drink night at Ugly Tuna Saloona before heading to Nyoh’s for country coyote ugly dancing (Video below). After the game spent the rest of Saturday night at Bullwinkles. Song of the weekend (bars, tailgate, cars driving by, and in-stadium) was Starboy by The Weeknd.
